These Terms govern your use of houseofmohny.co.in and any engagement with House of Mohny. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

House of Mohny provides AI consulting, web development, and digital marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a written proposal agreed between you and us.

We provide a fixed-scope proposal after an initial strategy call. Proposals are typically valid for 30 days. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any required kick-off deposit is paid.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, are additional.

Kick-off deposits are collected via Razorpay. Larger engagements are billed against milestones; engagements of three months or longer may be billed monthly.

Deposits reserve capacity and cover initial work. Refund terms for any specific engagement are set out in its proposal.

Timely delivery depends on your cooperation. You agree to provide required materials, access, and feedback promptly. Delays on your side may shift the timeline.

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how used to build them. Unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise, we may reference the engagement in our portfolio.

We keep your confidential information private and use it only to deliver the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement where required.

The website is provided on an as-is basis. While we follow current best practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as exact search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our work may rely on third-party services such as payment processors and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their outages or actions, though we choose reputable partners.

Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of its proposal. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
